LSCHT’s aim is to make working with our hospices easier so that we can jointly:
- Improve quality, coverage and choice of care; giving people their best end of life
- Develop capacity & quality of care with families and communities
- Reduce burden on health & care providers
- Improve education & training for palliative care across our system
- Make our operations & delivery more effective and efficient
Our Needs
‘Our ask’ of our partners is to share our commitment by helping us to:
- Support us to develop common agendas
- Provide connections into (appropriate) work programmes
- Augment our LSCHT formative work programme
- Contribute to LSCHT programme management
- Investigate shared clinician roles and provision in our region
- Support us to develop and deliver shared/regional education and training
