2020 was a year like no other. The pandemic has brought new challenges, new opportunities, new ways of working.
Every business has a story to tell. Red Rose Awards 2021 wants to share those stories.
The winner of this award will show how they have met the changing demands of its customers while keeping its own practices on track under the most trying of circumstances.
Judges will want you to demonstrate how you are meeting client expectations and advising on their big challenges – whether brought about by the pandemic or otherwise.
And how did you meet the challenge? How did you manage the transition to home and hybrid working? What strategies worked and stuck? How are you managing the next change?
You will also have a robust business strategy in terms of sales, skills and finance with a track record of success.
You will likely be able to show some innovation in people, processes or products which has brought benefit to the business and its clients.
