Red Rose Awards 2024

Customer Service Award

Sponsored by

Open to private and public sector organisations that can demonstrate excellence in customer service.

Category criteria

2020 was a year like no other. The pandemic has brought new challenges, new opportunities, new ways of working.

Every business has a story to tell. Red Rose Awards 2021 wants to share those stories.

The needs of customers have been in flux throughout 2020. Helping customers meet their new challenges is at the heart of customer service.

Can you demonstrate how you go above and beyond to give first-class customer service?

If Customer Service runs right through the values and ethos of your business and you dedicate resource to it – then enter this category.

Our judges will want to know how you do it – and hear from some customers too.

Notes:

  • Businesses entering this award should be able to demonstrate their commitment to customer service
  • Excellence in customer service should be part of the ethos of your business and you will show how this is shared with staff to our judges

Judges will want to see how you go the extra mile with examples of how your business has benefitted by putting the customer central to everything you do.
