This award recognises Lancashire businesses that have completed a significant transaction which has materially shaped their future.
It is open to businesses that were a principal party to a deal completed between 1 September 2025 and 4 December 2026. This might include an acquisition, sale, merger, management buyout, investment, restructure or transition to employee ownership.
Entries should come from the business itself, not its advisers, although advisers may be recognised within the submission.
Judges will be looking for deals with a clear strategic rationale, strong execution and lasting impact on the business and, where relevant, the wider Lancashire economy.
Judges will want to see:
This is about more than completing a transaction. It is about what the deal made possible.
