This award is open to businesses in any sector with 7 to 20 full-time or full-time equivalent employees.
This award recognises the strength, agility and ambition of Lancashire’s small businesses, from established small teams through to businesses approaching the next stage of growth.
Judges will want to understand the business journey, performance and progress, whether through growth, innovation, resilience, adaptation or strong customer delivery.
They will also be interested in how the business is developing its products, services, people or processes, and how it is building a sustainable future.
