Professional Services Award

This award recognises businesses that deliver expert advice and professional services while building strong, resilient and commercially successful organisations of their own. 

It is open to firms and practitioners in areas such as law, accountancy, finance, insurance, HR, recruitment, consultancy and other specialist professional services, from sole traders and small firms to larger partnerships and specialist teams. 

Judges will be looking for professional services businesses that understand their clients’ changing needs, deliver trusted advice and services, and combine expertise with strong leadership, innovation and commercial performance. 

Judges will want to see: 

• Evidence of excellent client service, including trust, responsiveness and delivery 
• A clear business strategy across finance, sales, people and operations 
• Innovation in how clients are supported or the business is run 
• Investment in people, skills and talent retention 
• A strong track record in a competitive or regulated environment
