Employer of the Year Award

This award recognises organisations that create outstanding places to work, where people feel valued, supported, involved and able to thrive. 

It is open to private, public and third sector organisations that demonstrate a strong commitment to their people through leadership, communication, wellbeing, flexibility, inclusion, engagement and workplace culture. 

Judges will be looking for employers that can show how their approach to people delivers measurable benefits for both employees and the organisation. 
If the primary focus of your entry is training, skills or workforce development, please enter the Workforce Development Award. 

Judges will want to understand: 

• How you engage and involve your people 
• How communication works across the organisation, including upward 
• How you support wellbeing, inclusion and flexibility 
• How your culture helps attract, motivate and retain people 
• The impact of your approach on employees and business performance
