Tourism, Leisure and Hospitality Award

This award recognises businesses and organisations that make Lancashire a great place to visit, stay, eat, enjoy and experience. 

It is open to businesses of all sizes across tourism, leisure and hospitality, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, visitor attractions, festivals, sports and leisure venues, theatres and cultural organisations. 

Judges will be looking for businesses that deliver strong customer experiences, attract new and returning visitors, and contribute to Lancashire’s visitor economy and reputation. 

Judges will want to see: 

• Evidence of excellent customer experience  
• Contribution to Lancashire’s visitor economy and reputation  
• How the business adapts, innovates and creates demand  
• The role of the team in delivering success  
• Strong commercial performance and customer or partner feedback
