Large Business Award

This award recognises large businesses that combine scale with strong performance, leadership and impact. 

It is open to businesses in any sector with 100 or more full-time or full-time equivalent employees. 

Judges will be looking for businesses that use their scale well, with clear strategy, strong leadership, commercial success and a forward-looking approach to growth, investment, innovation and people. 

Judges will want to see: 

• A strong track record of performance, resilience and growth 
• Clear ambitions for the future, backed by strategy and structure 
• Evidence of investment and innovation 
• Strong leadership and people development 
• How the business uses its scale to create wider impact, whether through supply chains, communities or the Lancashire economy
