Medium Business Award

This award recognises medium-sized businesses that are performing strongly, evolving with purpose and making a significant contribution to the Lancashire economy. 

It is open to businesses in any sector with 21 to 99 full-time or full-time equivalent employees. 

Judges will be looking for businesses with strong leadership, clear strategy and evidence of progress, whether through growth, investment, innovation, resilience or expansion into new markets. 

Judges will want to see: 

• A strong story of performance, growth or resilience 
• Evidence of investment in people, processes, products or technology 
• Clear vision and strategy for the future 
• Strong leadership and organisational capability 
• Evidence of the business’s wider contribution to customers, employees or the Lancashire economy
