Export Award

This award celebrates Lancashire businesses taking their products, services or expertise into international markets. 

It is open to businesses of all sizes and stages, from first-time exporters to established international traders. Entrants might be shipping goods, delivering services overseas, licensing intellectual property or winning international contracts. 

Judges will be looking for clear ambition, a considered approach to international growth and evidence of results. 

Judges will want to see: 

• Evidence of international activity and growth 
• How target markets were identified and approached 
• The systems, partnerships or infrastructure supporting export success 
• The commercial impact of exporting on the business 
• What the business has learned and how international activity is shaping future plans
