Growing Business Award

This award celebrates ambitious Lancashire businesses that are achieving significant growth and building for the future. 

To enter, your business must have achieved at least 20% turnover growth in its most recent financial year. 

Judges will want to understand not just the numbers, but how that growth has been achieved and managed, including the strategy, people, investment and systems behind it. 

Whether growth has come through new markets, innovation, increased demand, investment or other means, this category is for businesses that are expanding with purpose and control. 

If growth has come primarily through acquisition, you may wish to consider the Deal of the Year Award. 

Judges will want to see: 

• Evidence of 20%+ turnover growth in the most recent financial year  
• The strategy behind the growth and how it was delivered  
• Investment in people, systems or structure to support expansion  
• How the challenges of growth have been managed  
• Clear plans for sustainable future growth
