Property & Construction Award

This award recognises businesses that shape the places where we live, work, learn and connect, from homes and workplaces to public buildings and wider developments. 

It’s open to businesses across property and construction, including developers, contractors, architects, planners, surveyors, engineers, trades, estate and property management, landscaping and specialist suppliers. 

Entrants might work across commercial, residential, industrial, leisure, public or heritage projects, covering new build, retrofit, regeneration or repurposing. 

Judges will be looking for: 

• A clear contribution to the property and construction sector  
• Evidence of work delivered and a strong pipeline  
• Strong client outcomes, including in challenging conditions  
• Good business fundamentals, including strategy, skills and finance  
• Evidence of resilience, sustainability, collaboration and long-term thinking
